VOICE OF THE CHURCH The church will not keep quiet. The name of the self-existing God will not be mocked. The Spirit of the living God will not be blasphemed. In a time such as this where the church faces persecution from the world the Word of God comes alive now more than ever.
Acts 8:1
At that time a great persecution arose against that Church that was at Jerusalem: and they were all scattered throughout the regions of Judea and Samaria, except the apostles.
We live in a time where ministers of God are daily being persecuted to the extent that the believer’s voice is silenced. Not anymore! Such accusations whether they are guilty or not should not be a reason for Christians to forsake their Faith but rather a just reason for us to walk with Christ and be found blameless. These should be viewed as a wakeup call to the Body of Christ and should lead us to a place of repentance and brokeness before God. With this in mind our desire to walk in His will should be greater because of His mercies.
Exodus 33:13
Now therefore, I pray, if I have found grace in your sight, show me your ways, that I may know you and find grace in your sight.
While we were yet sinners He called us into His kingdom, by His mercies and Grace we understand that we have been saved. For this reason alone we will preach the word of God to the ends of the world.
Mathew 24:14
And this Gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the entire world as a witness to all nations, and the end will come.
This does not mean we are compromising with sin, on the contrary we believe in calling it out.
Isaiah 58:1
Cry aloud, lift up your voice like a trumpet, tell my people their transgression and the house of Jacob their sins.
We fall and we really do fall so hard but the difference is we fall forward! We fall to the mercies and the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. We fall to the death of sin. We fall to our faith in Jesus Christ and we believe that one day we will resurrect and sit with Him at the right hand of our father in heaven.
WE are just but a people in pursuit of Holiness and brokenness.
WE seek Holiness; an everyday awareness of God.
WE are a people serving a Holy God.
WE are Christians; more than that, Firebrands! Laboring for the kingdom of God
